Do I need to book an appointment?

Appointments are recommended for faster service, but we also accept walk-ins depending on availability.

How long will my service or repair take?

Minor services usually take 1–2 hours, while major repairs may take longer. We provide a clear time estimate before starting.

Do you give a quotation before starting work?

Yes. After inspection, we provide a clear quotation and only proceed once you approve.

Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts?

We use genuine parts where available and high-quality aftermarket parts when suitable. We explain all options so you can choose what best fits your budget.

Is there a warranty on repairs and parts?

Yes. Most repairs and parts come with a warranty, which we explain clearly before the work begins.

Can I wait while my car is being serviced?

Yes. We have a waiting area for our customers where we also provide some complimentary beverages. For longer repairs, we will notify you once the car is ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers.

How often should I service my car?

Most vehicles should be serviced every 5,000–10,000 km or every 6 months, depending on driving conditions.
